Evidently the employees have a problem reading orders. We ordered online a bowl and Burreto to include chips and guacamole. Arrived at the pickup window, to be greeted to the person at the window trying to withhold part of the order when asked and when called on it, had to reopen the bag to place the item reluctantly. Not once did the topic of the chips that we ordered came up, I was then told that they were out and there is no refund. How is this acceptable?
Went in quickly to order a Steak Burrito. I was charged for Avocado. I was not given any. The attendee was rude and forgot both the avocado and hot sauce. Will be reporting this place to the BBB. Do not buy from

And again it’s 8pm and no vingearette. Like why does this company not buy enough to last an entire month, week. Just a day. This is the third location without any. The cashier just shrugs her shoulders and says I don’t know why we are out. Terrible.i turn right around to my car. I wonder do they even realize how much money they lose because of this condiment never being available.
