This Durham NC location doesn't know how to read the delivery order. It's come to me wrong consistently 4 out of every 5 times for the last 2 or 3 years. One time even the redo was wrong!
And like with most businesses run by young people these days, APOLOGIZING NEVER OCCURS TO THEM. They just say, 'Oh, it's wrong, OK, we'll fix that, or do you want a refund?' No empathy. No awareness or regret that they inconvenienced and disappointed a paying customer.
