“Considering the plethora of bad reviews at this location, and considering how I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've ever been to a Popeyes, I'm glad to say my experience was fantastic!
Located inside the easy to spot and highly accessible food court at the Streets Of South Point Mall, you can come here for all sorts of good chicken and fixins reminiscent of the Deep South/Louisiana!
I had me some boneless chicken wing bites and macaroni and cheese, and the food was tasty and the service was prompt! Sure, I did have to wait a few minutes, but it's a busy mall; what can you say?“
“I've ordered from this Popeyes location a few times, and during my most recent visit, I received the best service I’ve experienced at any Popeyes location so far. The young lady who took and processed my order was polite, professional, informative, and accurate.
I want to personally thank her for setting such a high standard for customer service. If she isn’t already, she should be in charge of this location—and possibly overseeing others as well.

“The lady was super nice. I ordered a five-piece tender. They were big. It was hot so I did have to wait in the drive-thru line but when they come out with hot fresh food all of that goes out the window. I rather for it to be fresh and done correctly and not her conversation was great. I ordered a caramel pie or something like that and they no longer had it but it was on the menu so she explained herself very well and why I couldn't get it. My lemonade was great. Customer service was great and the food was awesome“
