Referring to the Popeyes in Durham on guess rd. The food is good most of the time, but they Are usually rude and VERY iffy and skimpy on their sauce. specifically one girl that works here through the drive through who is ALWAYS rude and NEVER asks or gives us our sauce, and when we ask for our sauce she rudely sais "you have to pay" which we don't mind at all but she makes it very difficult in a rude way just because she doesn't give us our sauce. The chicken is juicy tender and delicious the mashed potatoes are delicious I am not much on other restaurants mashed potatoes but Popeyes are very good and I like their biscuits as well my new favorite fried chicken place

I love this location. I've had 1 issue and it wasn't their fault it was really mine because I didn't read the menu correctly. I called the store and explained the issue and the Assistant manager was a huge help. She insisted on fixing it even though it was my fault, this says a lot! There is a great leadership team and an amazing employees. I normally go in the night after work and I've always got hot food and fresh . They are my favorite location !
