Ordered online, went to pick up, picked up order, and left. Noticed missing a frosty. Went back in and they said they out of frosties. So I paid for it and they didn't give it to me and then let me leave without it without saying anything. Offered zero apologies, just told me to call and get refund from app support.
They were out of fries and frosties?
The drive thru staff is always rude and ignorant. Food is always messed up. Somebody from corporate needs to come and fix things or close the location because there is no reason for dumb employees to be working EVERYTIME I come to this location. Very disappointed.
