Wendy's in Durham

“I ordered Wendy's apple salad. It was very refreshing and, for the first time, ever had plenty of chicken. For the first time, their salad was very filling. Trust me, I've had several of their salads from several different Wendy's!“

“This Wendy's location is definitely the one to avoid, not only did they get my order wrong, the woman on the intercom didn't check if she had down the right order and said "nevermind" like it didn't matter to her, also had items missing. I'll be driving to a different location unless changes are made here.

Update: Since originally writing this review, their service has improved tremendously. I don't know if bad reviews had any effect on the store, but it's not like it was 2 years ago and I'm glad. Very rarely will my order be incorrect now and the people who work there now seem to actually care.“

“After many years, we tried this Wendy’s again on Roxboro Road and had the best service ever!!! The drive-through was quick, and the gentleman who helped us had a lot of energy was very nice along with the lady that helped us!! I wish I would’ve gotten their names but they do a great job… And now we will go back to this Wendy’s because of them!!“

“I stopped there for lunch. It was a bit crowded, and the wait time was long. I got the new ponza Coated Fish sandwich with French fries and sweet tea. The fish was fried too hard and was dry. The French fries were very good and crispy. The sweet tea was so syrupy sweet.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kid friendly menu.“

“I truly have to point out The professionalism of Lisha (not sure of spelling) And the staff that remained after 2 employees walked out and left The restaurant with no cashier on the frontIn spite of this, the staff remained Very composed, although it was obvious that they were extremely affected by the 2 immature employees that chose to walkout.The food, service, and condition of the restaurant were stellar Even though they were short staffed two employees.My daughter and I visit this location we have to go to Duke, And I truly think the remaining staff deserves a bonus for the extra work that they had to perform for the 2 missing employees.Jodi Penn and Katherine Manchester from Gretna Virginia.“
