Wendy's in Durham

“I ordered Wendy's apple salad. It was very refreshing and, for the first time, ever had plenty of chicken. For the first time, their salad was very filling. Trust me, I've had several of their salads from several different Wendy's!“

“This Wendy’s has really improved lately. The food was good and the light skin African American male at the window today around 7pm was really kind. The restaurant also looked very clean. Much cleaner than before. Came multiple times months/years ago and I had to change to another location but this location has since improved.“

“Went through drive-through. Told to park and wait for food—10 minutes went by no food and went in. Seems delivery driver took our food before the manager could bring it out to us. Manager corrected the situation with no issues. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time.“

“I see some bad reviews for this Wendy’s location. I went there today for lunch and went through the drive-through and the young lady that took my order and handed me my food was super nice and polite!!!! On my receipt it says the host name was Angel, she should be store manager!“

“I haven’t been to Wendy’s in a minute bc of a couple of bad food experiences. But last night it felt like a spicy nugget dinner. They were closing down for the night by the time I got there. But I already placed an online order. I was told the frosty machine was being cleaned at the moment so I won’t be able to get mine and my spicy nuggets are gonna take a minute. A staff member their name Isaac/ Isaiah (sorry I forgot!) was very helpful and accommodating with getting me fresh food for my wait and trading my frosty out with a large fry and an extra 10 piece nugget for my troubles. The food was delicious!!“

“I truly have to point out The professionalism of Lisha (not sure of spelling) And the staff that remained after 2 employees walked out and left The restaurant with no cashier on the frontIn spite of this, the staff remained Very composed, although it was obvious that they were extremely affected by the 2 immature employees that chose to walkout.The food, service, and condition of the restaurant were stellar Even though they were short staffed two employees.My daughter and I visit this location we have to go to Duke, And I truly think the remaining staff deserves a bonus for the extra work that they had to perform for the 2 missing employees.Jodi Penn and Katherine Manchester from Gretna Virginia.“
