“This cook out location has a great group of workers. Each one has been kind and accurate with our orders. Our only complaint is cook out restaurants everywhere have soft, almost soggy french fries. The burgers are great and the BBQ is delicious.“

“If you go thru the drive thru be prepared to be waiting a while to order at the speaker. Once you get to the window, most of the time that is quick. If you are short on time I’d recommend ordering online and then going inside to pick up. Most of the time when the person acknowledges you at the speaker in the drive thru, they just say “Go ahead when you’re ready” instead of an actual greeting. The food is good and everyone I’ve come in contact with is nice, just would be nice if the whole transaction was a little faster.“

There are more than one in this area, but I choose to come to this one because of the service that I have received.With me having multiple sclerosis and kidney failure, I find it hard for me to find things that I can eat that doesn’t upset my stomach. but every time I come there they go above and beyond to make Exactly what I want and need to stay healthy. “I don't go to KFC often because you can never tell how the food is going to be. I previously reviewed as one to two stars. I just left from there from drive-thru. The lady checking my order was a sweet young girl who was very informative and nice. My fries weren't great but they were okay, my famous bowls were fresh and good. Maybe they've made some changes with staff? Not sure but definitely a more pleasurable experience this time than I have had previous. Keep it up KFC!“
