“New Management baby! Food was excellent today. The sushi took a little longer but they quickly owned it and it was worth the wait. Fish sliders were good. Wife had the burger sliders and the beef was delicious. She said to mention the tots are perfectly crispy. Well done Travis.“

“Cash only, but very affordable. A little rundown but the food was good and the cashier was friendly. Not much in the way of veggies, but I didn't expect any.

“Perfectly cooked, fresh never frozen Angus beef burgers. Baskets are good portion size without being skimpy or overwhelmed on the fries. The wings were very good, too. The place has the atmosphere of a classic diner and the tables and chairs were spaced far enough apart that it didn't feel crowded. The staff was friendly and service was fast. Also, the total bill for 3 adults was $32. Cheaper yet better than fast food. We loved this place and plan to go back!“

“A good hotdog spot is like a needle in a haystack; hard to find, unless you know where to look. Among my favorites in American cuisine are all-beef hotdogs. Zack's has them. They cook them fresh and sometimes will open them up and press them onto the griddle for a few seconds. I absolutely love when they do that. Every Tuesday, you can get 2 hotdogs at half the price. This is a pretty sweet place and the team here is very friendly. Truly a gem in Burlington. Happy that I live close to this one.“

“Burlington Applebees is the best in the triad and the most consistent. Amy is always awesome & the best bartender! She is always willing to recommend something if you’re indecisive. Service is always quick, efficient and friendly. I know I will be well taken care of when she is on shift.“

“Food was great service bad we were seated in bar area waited on by bartender who had several at the bar and we waited forever got no clean salad plates no drink refills and after an hour finally ask for our bill she apologized but should have ask for help we have been here for years and loved it but inside looks dated and rundown and bathrooms had no been serviced and understaffed please improve we love this place!“

“This is wonderful diner food and we get that delicious and comforting flavor everytime we have a cheat meal. We fight the urge as often as we can but recommend the gyro (chicken or regular), burger, and hot dog combos. The fries and tater tots are always hot and made to order. Portions are plentiful and the price is right!“

“This was our 1st time at Shak's. Food was great, service was on point, pricing in range. Very nice clean atmosphere.It was not crowded but had a lot of take-outs and pick-ups. At this time they are hiring for all positions. Good opportunity, summer job for students or anyone.Our waitress had never worked this environment and on the job to weeks. You wouldn't have known it.
