“I’ve been living in the area since July 2022, and working for Elon University since August 2022. I have ordered the Chai Tea Latte from here, a few times, and they never disappoint. Today was my first time ordering a sandwich. I asked for egg, cheddar cheese, provolone cheese, and mayonnaise on sour dough, but the sandwich came back with pesto added to it, as well. I have to admit, this sandwich was, BY FAR, the BEST SANDWICH I’ve tasted since being in this entire Alamance County area. Thank you, Acorn Coffee, for making my day!!!“

“On a visit here from Southern California and came here ALL THREE DAYS during our visit and even got a tshirt. The coffee is smooth, hot, and delicious. The mom's hazelnut mocha was our favorite. The shop has a moody vibe and is very clean. The staff is so friendly and kind; also love that it is veteran-owned. Highly recommend!“
“Was visiting the area and decided I needed a little iced latte pick me up. I do sugar-free on everything although their sugar free options were limited. I did add a little bit of brown sugar cinnamon to my sugar-free vanilla and when I tell you, it was like Heaven in a cup with ice!!! we’ll definitely visit every time I am in the area“

“It is by far the best experience that I have ever had in a coffee shop. The barista’s are knowledgeable and very friendly. The atmosphere of the shop is welcoming and refreshing and everything I have had. There is like nectar of the gods if you are in the Burlington area, please give them a try.“

“Going in on this one guys. I have been coming here for years, it’s one of my favorite places. The customer service is beyond exceptional. Today it’s Arts Around The Square….they were PACKED. They moved so efficiently. They all made sure customers were taken care of. Chef out of the kitchen, helping bring food to the tables, everyone on their “A” game. They know us here and we are always greeted warmly and when we leave we feel taken care of. Don’t sleep on this treasure. ❤️“

“My family and I treat ourselves several times a month to this place. My husband says..." I don't know why anyone would go to Starbucks when Biggby is right up the street," and "If he could give Biggby six stars, he would. Our fav is the butter bear frozen latte with sweet foam. Also, the people at the drive-thru are always friendly, patient, and helpful.“

“Love this place, only thing is. There's one employee that works the Drive Thru a lot, and she's very nice! But her hands always seem to be a little dusty and dirty from working so hard. It can get slightly uncomfortable thinking those hands have potentially touched my food. Do you guys utilize gloves or utensils when handling food?“
