I went to BR and was served by Jasiah. I had 5 orders, and he handled them with grace and professionalism. Your service did not go unnoticed. Keep up the great work! You represented Baskin-Robbins well.
Went in at about 630-7pm for ice cream. The employees were already breaking stuff down to close and closing isn’t until 9pm. They only had 7 flavors of ice cream!!…. Not 31 it wasn’t even good flavors. Employees seemed bothered because I interrupted their cleaning! Do better get all the ice cream flavors! It was awful!!… I still got ice cream because it was desert for my granddaughter but never again!!..
They mess up your order every time and only give you a straw half the time

Baskin-Robbins is a spot with mixed reviews. While the day shift receives high praise, the night shift seems to struggle with customer service and availability of items. The night staff, however, has been commended for their excellent service and efficiency in fulfilling large orders, like for Valentine's Day. The restaurant can get busy, but some customers have faced issues with their orders, like receiving mostly foam in their ice cappuccino. Despite some hiccups, the warm welcome and hard work of the staff keep customers coming back, especially for donuts.
