I wanted to thank the night staff on yesterday for their awesome customer service! I had a large ordered that I needed for Valentines Day and I ran in there at almost 9 o'clock at night desperate for some donuts. Haze, Halyee, Payton and Makyh were great and got everything together with a smile on their faces! I appreciate all the hard work that you do to keep us coming back not only for the donuts but for the warm welcome. YOU GUYS ROCK!!
It's a Sunday morning and i see it's busy based on the line. I don't fault them for being busy. I do have a problem with receiving an ice cappuccino large and a quarter or half of it being foam not coffee. I hadn't realized this until i was on the way home. I did not feel like getting back in line to go through the drive thru since the doors are locked. I'll definitely correct this next time if i come back

Would give this location 5 stars if I was only reviewing the day shift. Their night shift can't get it together for instance I ordered a unsweetened tea at 5 o'clock and they were out and said they wasn't going to make anymore and they don't close till 10 o'clock. And they lock the doors a lot in rhe evening and don't let customers in. I visit this spot more than 6 times a week.
