Burger King in Fayetteville

“I visited this location a little close to close and I had some coupons to use I was just getting off of work ready to go home and because it was close to close I knew exactly how the workers felt but yet I was treated with respect and great service 10/10 my food was fresh and hot and i had everything I ordered Mr. Shawn is who i believe took my order and gave me my food god bless for his patience and kindness 😊 will be back! (@a reasonable time of) (atmosphere was a 4⭐️because I didn’t go inside) but looked clean and I love the renovation.“

“Really liked the new interior, I really liked how the menu was upfront right by your head. The food wS good.
I don't like ordering on kiosk!!
Staff wasn't even present they were there but nobody home. Didn't have a cash drawer. No one was even at register at first. It's as if they only want you to use the kiosk and pay with plastic. They seemed to add a few cents to pay cash.“

“I feel like they’re under new management cause WOW they definitely RULE. I used to dread having to go to this Burger King and wanting to pay more at the other restaurants cause the service used to be terrible. However, as of late the service has been quick, outstandingly friendly, and food quality has also gone up! Selena is my favorite friendly face and now I go out of my way to come to BK again just to be welcomed by her. It’s evident that the place has upgraded their service standards and I am very happy for it! So glad they’re close to home now! Thanks Selena!“

“Went thru drive thru ordered a double cheeseburger cost with tax $3.55, gave the woman at the window $20 bill, she then tells me she does not have any coin change so if I want the order I would have to give up my .45 cent change, unbelievable, I feel like I had my money stolen by burger king, the burger joint that says "Have it your way" I'll be back and I will order $20 worth of food and when I get to the pay window I'll tell them I don't have any change and then I'll just drive off....ill have it my way...“

“It was early afternoon so we were the only customers eating in that day. They made all of our food fresh so it was piping hot. The soda fountain wasn't working but they offered frozen slushy drinks. The cashier didn't even look friendly let alone welcoming. But... She served us well. We are in the middle of a heatwave but the AC wasn't the best. Overall we all enjoyed our visit. I love fresh hot food, even fast food. ?“

“This place is easily a 4 star store aside from the parking lot set up their food is usually fresh and their customer service is surprisingly refreshing given the amount of pressure from the competition in the area. Would love to give 5 stars.“

“I come here and frequently when I’m traveling between Fayetteville and my current city. I’m always pleased with the service. This time Sheila helped me.

She was quick and efficient plus she had a smile. She even convinced me to get an ice cream cone from here for the first time and I’m glad she did because I ate it all the way down to the come.

“I went inside to order. Waited on chicken sandwiches and the server said it was because she was making fresh chicken. Needless to say another server brought some older pieces of chicken to make my sandwiches AFTER I waited on fresh ones. Alittle disappointed because they were not hot at all.“

“Stopped by for lunch with dad. This location was the closest to us while on a break. Order seemed like it took forever to come out. We ordered 1 impossible whopper burger and 2 whoppers. It was a bit smoky inside but the cashier was pleasant. It wasn't her fault about how long it took the order to come out. She was hanging out doordash orders and covering the floor traffic. I will visit this location again. They just need to learn to manage orders a little better.“
