Chick-fil-A in Fayetteville

“Even with having a problem ordering an ice cream cup (myself included, ha!), there’s a playground that was wonderful for us to get the wiggles out! We usually love coming to get an ice cream cone and our usual anytime we’re in the mood to get out. This was extra special and we were excited to see a playground! Having moved from TX, we had not found a single Chick-Fil-A in our area that had one and it really bummed me out! Finding this place was fate! I will surely be returning for more fun OUT of the sun!

This restaurant had friendly staff, clean restrooms, ones assessable for those in wheelchairs or other mobility issues. I do suggest their back entrance for better mobility, but there will be children near the area since the playground is located by the restrooms. I did appreciate that but I would caution others as that poses a problem for easier movement.

Otherwise, another great place to eat at.“

“Grabbed a quick late dinner tonight and Kamiya (hope I didn’t misspell it) was an absolute sweetheart!! Our sodas were flat and she heard us mentioning it tasted bad and she stopped what she was doing and asked if she could get us another one… after eating our son wanted the ice cream instead of the toy so she again came over and asked if she could get that. So we just made it a family date night and she made it even more special. Keep doing what you are doing from your heart sweet girl. You are beautiful people pleaser. “The first Chick-fil-A I have been to that does not have a drive through. And I loved it. It was the first time I really had a chance to look at the menu. Spoiler alert, it's all chicken. Lots of different sides and drinks. The restaurant was clean. The staff friendly. It was a good meal.“

“I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Latoya. She was absolutely wonderful in helping me place my catering order.

I was on a time crunch today and she made sure everything was ready when I arrived. All of my requested were fulfilled down to the tee.

She also realized that I accidentally placed my catering order for 9/10 when it should have been 9/9. She proactively called me 20 mins prior to my arrival to confirm it was for 9/10. When I realized the mistake, she was able to put a rush in and have everything prepped upon my arrival. Thank you Latoya!“

“Generally use the mobile order and drive thru pick up because the in house service and atmosphere often feels chaotic. The last time we ate in house I had to wait over five minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was waiting for a drink refill. I know it gets busy but often we have been in and the table are not cleaned either. When we do the drive thru pick up we pretty much get what we need quickly, unless it is a gallon of lemonade because we always get pulled up for that. Love the food still.“

“I frequent this chick FIL an often and the last few months I have been coming across the same team member, Eddie. Truthfully, every worker I come across here is so kind but he has always stood out and has a smile on his face and radiates such joy!

It’s really nice to continually go shopping or out to eat, see the same smiling face, and have a fantastic experience.

And on top of that, The food is always hot, they have NEVER gotten my order wrong and it’s always clean and quick!
