Mikoto's Express Raeford Rd offers a mixed experience according to reviews. The food and customer service receive praise, and the chefs are noted for their culinary talent rather than flashy performances. While some diners appreciate the skillful cooking, there are complaints about long wait times and issues with packaging, leading to messy bags upon receiving orders. The portion sizes seem to have decreased, with discrepancies in the dishes served. Despite these issues, the environment and vibe of the restaurant are highlighted as positive aspects, with one reviewer mentioning a fun family celebration. It was noted that the restaurant serves Pepsi products instead of Coke. Overall, the quality of the food is deemed good, but improvements in service efficiency, order accuracy, and packaging are suggested for a better dining experience.
