“Yes, Debbie is still the owner and they moved to Upward Rd (just a block or two from I26, next to Subway) when the owner of the building in their old location sold it (they just rented the building). Send they dodged a bullet when he did that - the building flooded when Helene hit us hard last year. Anyway, the food is as great as it always was, and the service is always offered with a smile! My personal favorite are the biscuits & gravy...“

“We’re local and honestly do not go out much. Service has declined and it hasnt been worth it. Our last few experiences at our Flat Rock Waffle House have left much to be desired. Once a regular stop, we have avoided the location on Upward Road. Tonight a random craving for a chicken sandwich and hashbrowns hit me. My husband and I decided to drop in. Im so happy we did. This was the most enjoyable dining experience we have had in a while. Our server Tasha was absolutely amazing. She was welcoming, attentive and made it look easy. She is an asset to this location. And our cook, Dakota, top tier. Food was awesome. Hashbrowns were perfect. Thank you guys! We will see u soon!!!!!“

“We stumbled into Fireside bases on a friend's recommendation. Wow are we glad. the food was simply amazing. we had Carmel apple pancakes (to die for!), biscuits and sausage gravy, and a chorizo omelet. Tracy was our server and she was incredibly friendly! we couldnt have asked for a better experience. Fireside will be a must do every time we come to Hendersonville!“

The food was absolutely delicious…and the ⭐️ of the show was the Cinnamon Swirl French Toast, hands down the best! Every attendee raved about the meal, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other catering options we explored. Great service, great help planning, great food, great value! “Stopped in for a quick bite on our way home to Pennsylvania. It was decent service, quick ordering. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. The price you can’t beat either… $16 for 2 people, plus a $4 tip. Very reasonable. Fresh food as well!“
