“I love this dunkin. Their regular employees are amazing... Customer service takes patience, wisdom, and gentleness. Along with a SMILE. Most of the employees here are wonderful at this!!!There is an occasional employee that isnt very helpful and I think just need help understanding your customers, especially regulars, want to feel welcome and not like a burden. The coffee is amazing 9/10 times ... The doughnuts are so so. But my favorite part really is the experience and relational connection. If I'm going to pay $5 a day for coffee I do expect positive attitudes ❤️ again... Almost always a wonderful experience. Especially when the regular employees are there.The new app is a little frustrating to use and could use some work on being easier to navigate.Over all I'm a satisfied customer“
“We were on a roadtrip and wanted to stop and grab something quick, as well as use the restroom. I used the mobile app to get a double cheeseburger and a six piece nugget deal (I think it was buy one, get one) and a McChicken. We put the order in minutes within arriving, used the restroom, and got our food within minutes. I ordered the double cheeseburger with no mustard and pickles, and it was made correctly, which I always appreciate. The McChicken and nuggets were good, as expected. The service was quick, and the food was good.“

“This takes the whole cake for the best breakfast spot ever. The portions were huge and for a great price! They also have a ton of options alcoholic and also nonalcoholic. For coffee they have a pretty decent sized menu as well. I definitely recommend the hash browns, I have never said “oh my god these are the best hash browns” so fast in my life.“
“I love this place and owner Haley makes the BEST cinnamon buns. Very little sugar in the actual bun, but plenty of cinnamon! Served warm with a side of glaze so you can have as much or as little sweet as you'd like. The coffee (I drink mine black) is very good, from local Pisgah Roasters. Haley makes other pastries, too, so I will definitely be back! Very laid back casual comfy atmosphere.“
“The best fresh baked goods in the area, if you are looking for the croissant that melts as you taste it this is the place. The baguettes or scones or any breads are simply amazing and delicious! “If you’re like me and prefer sweet, flavored coffee I’d suggest you get extra flavoring. Like a lot of it. All of the coffee tastes the same, so you could be expecting something with a burst of cinnamon and just taste coffee with milk. I've tried a new coffee every time coming here, each being a flavorful description, not tasting any of said flavor. Honestly a bit disappointed. I love everything else about this place, the atmosphere, the workers, the food and especially the smoothies. But their coffee…it’s all the same thing imo.“

“Always friendly, uses Ingles brand milk which comes from local dairy farms (for whole milk at least) which is nice, never closes early just to close early like the stand-alone stores. You can't use the Starbucks app to order ahead at this one or get them to scan it just for reward points but you can scan your Ingles Advantage Card and get gas points at all of the Starbucks that are inside Ingles grocery stores.“
“I stop by here almost every morning and I believe the guys name is Andrew he's the absolute best!!! He sees me walk in and starts my coffee. Always says good morning Diana. My daughter also stops here every morning and she said he knows her drink also. There's a Starbucks right next door to me but I drink to 177 just because of Andrew I give him 5 stars...“
