You can't use the Starbucks app to order ahead at this one or get them to scan it just for reward points but you can scan your Ingles Advantage Card and get gas points at all of the Starbucks that are inside Ingles grocery stores.“

My nephew is stationed in Alabama and they are almost daily attendees of the local Starbucks there. I love Starbucks as a whole... utilizing for brunch greatly; & coffee very regularly... Especially most Wednesday’s, where my mother & I buy breakfast for us and our publisher; for our weekly meetings, working on our books. I order a lot of extra ice in my Frappuccino and ask for the extra it makes in a 2nd cup so I won't lose all my coffee & they're always okay with this. I've been to other locations who are not, esp the Ingles locations, cus it's seen as getting a whole nother coffee drink? I mean come on, I'm not asking for a freebie, just the excess so I don't lose all my coffee cus of the heavy ice! Airport Rd, Parkway Ctr, & Target Airport Rd locations have always been fine with it & always made me & my Rebel feel welcome etc, they all get a 5 from me, but Airport Rd is my absolute fav loc.. 😊“

“I recommend Dunkin tho I do not recommend the Dunkin located at 1975 Hendersonville Rd Asheville, NC. I went through the drive through and wanted to try something new-the matcha latte. I normally get a sm decaf hot coffee with three cream and two stevia. Once I purchased it I tasted it. I didn’t like it. I asked for a refund and both the cashier and manager ganged up on me telling me if I ordered it I have to deal with it. The manager did not offer to replace the value of my matcha latte. I’m not sure how she even landed a position in management? I’m not sure if she even cared about delivering quality customer service! I demanded for at least what I normally buy. The manager kept referring to me as “honey.” I have been serving within the banking industry for over 20 years and care to do the most that I can ethically and lawfully speaking for my customers and when I can’t I give and show my empathy. I didn’t give a good survey and I equally phoned corporate. My hope is that no one else is treated as unkindly and as unfairly as I was.“

The coffees, milkshakes and smoothies are absolutely delicious and I love that they upgraded to fully recycled packaging! “I’ve stopped here several times since it opened and have had a good experience each time. The lines usually aren’t very long in the morning before work, and when they are, they move quickly. The staff has always been very friendly and gets the orders out fast. Hope they continue the awesome service and operation!“

“I'm sincerely impressed by the quality of their breakfast items, particularly the sausage egg and cheese biscuit! Out of this world! It was perfectly cooked, and the sausage patty was also sandwiched together by two fried eggs. Sooo good!“
