“I get coffee everyday between 11am-1:30pm and my coffee is always fresh…if they have non fresh they always pull me up to prepare a new pot. My 7 cream 5 sugar is always perfect! Thank you!

“More times than not I get excellent service and the food is great. Of all three McDonald's in our town this is the one I prefer. The restaurant is clean, staff is friendly, food taste good. If you are going to McDonald's go to this one.“

“The best coffee ever!!! And I’m a coffee snob. Sooooo good. I wish they were open earlier. I can only get there on Saturdays due to my teachers schedule. But I did buy their coffee to brew at home. It’s that good!!!“

“Every time me and my family have visited it has been nothing but fantastic! I have two small toddlers so it can be loud and hectic but never once have I felt like it was a burden being there. That makes a huge impact on us with little ones. They will continue to have our business!“

“First off where do I begin, Brianna and Mrs. Suzie are 1000% top notice and so polite and very attentive. Brianna and Mrs. Suzie with their sweet selfs, helped me guide thru the whole coffee experience with me being a new coffee drinker. Brianna and Mrs. Suzie knows their customers very well and is able to guide you thru the best coffee experience you could ever imagine. I will definitely be back solely because of them, they truly are the definition of customer service.“

“It is pouring and hailing in Forest City today. I had driven over to Hope House to get my afternoon pick me up and was waiting for the weather to ease up before I went in. Low and behold, a knock on my window...there stood a raincoat-ted staff person (Carl) with my iced coffee...just perfect, as always! Thank you for being so nice and so good to your customers! Love you guys!😘“
