“Hometown sort of dining experience featuring homemade chicken entrées and more, with great vegetable sides, bar with beer on tap, kids' menu, highchairs...etc. Dated interior and furnishings but that just adds all the more to its charm and relaxed atmosphere. Great country comfort food and similar sort of appeal!“
“Went to the Twisted Pear last night for the first time. Despite the AC being out we had a really great time. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make us all feel comfortable. The live music was fantastic and they had a huge selection of lovely wine and beer. If they do the music bingo and trivia night, we will definitely be making this our go-to spot in Forest City.“
“Driving through town and saw this place and decided to stop, and it was completely worth it! Food was great and the guy who runs the place is really cool! We got the nachos, burger, and hot honey chicken sandwich and they were all great! They are a scratch kitchen so everything was made fresh for us!“
“Barley's is a neat little bar downtown Spindale North Carolina. They have an array of food and draughts available.I got the meatball sub, which was decent. I wouldn't say the food was magical, but totally okay. It was strange that french fries did not seem to be an option considering they have burgers and all. I got the side salad and it was good! I would say shareable assuming both people didn't want a whole lot of salad.A number of beers on tap make it a good little spot. So go ahead and enjoy.“
“I have loved every flavor I have tried so far. My fiance always gets the same one bc he just loves that one & doesn't wanna try any other flavors.. They are a little pricey, but kinda worth it.. I highly recommend the butterfly kiss (or kisses?), it has birthday cake & cotton candy flavors.. My 2 favorite flavors..“
