no idea what the guy's issue is, but I order on the app all the time & live around the corner. it's always ready when I get there. staff are friendly and the food has been consistently on point.

FOR PEOPLE WHO MAKE $15 AN HOUR OR MORE.When I went it was Sunday night when I got there there was no one in the parking lot except for cars of people who work there, Within a couple of minutes two cars went through the drive-thru with no problem, I heard them say "Can I take your order" as soon as they pulled up. This location is VERY hit or miss. Most of the time, it's a miss. I truly wish that employees of a chicken restaurant actually knew the difference between a breast and a thigh. This is the second time that I have ordered two breasts and a wing and received a breast and a thigh. Zero attention to detail. I guess I will go back to frequenting Bojangle's. I had high hopes for this Popeye's, but it is a disappointment.
