“The absolute best ribs in Johnston County. We moved to NC from Kentucky 3 years ago. We had fantastic BBQ in KY and I searched for 3 years to find ribs as good as JPs. Today we ate BBQ chicken, ribs, Mac and cheese. green beans, and potato wedges. Every single item was cooked to perfection.”

“Not too sure why there aren't more recent reviews here, but... this place has the best "grill" of anywhere in JoCo that I know of for good food to eat! The Papa Burger is the bomb, and the Pork Loin Ribeye is SO TENDER & DELICIOUS!!”

“The service is great and the food was pretty good. Their enchiladas had a taste red sauce and getting a cheese stuffed "Chile relleno" without ground beef was a nice change. Called a "Chile Poblano" but some places still use beef. The rice and beans were okay. They had a really tasty ACP arroz con pollo!”

“Not the best pizza around, but it’s not horrible. Pizza dough is really chewy. We had the BBQ Chicken and Buffalo pies. We also ordered chicken parm. Bbq and Buffalo were your standard jarred sauce. Chicken was a miss- 50% were dried out. Chicken parm dinner wasn’t bad. Spaghetti noodles themselves were mushy to the touch and threw them out. Chicken itself was good. Overall…. If you’re hungry and want a fast food pizza, not a bad spot.”

“Stating this now; probably the best Chinese food around in Johnston County, NC. Fresh flavor and vegetables every time, have had this spot at least 5+ times and even did our Christmas dinner carryout order from this spot. Honey Chicken, Beef & Broccoli, Sesame Chicken, General Tso’s Chicken, Lo Mein, Egg Rolls & Crab Rangoon are all solid choices. The Hot & Sour soup is superb as well, super friendly staff. Check them out!!!”

“Literally the most delicious food: every dish, every time! I was first introduced to the penne a la vodka (dangerous!!)…it’s honestly beyond amazing! Return trips led me to try wings, salads, sandwiches, and pizzas. You can NOT beat the taste, the price, or the people!! The folks at Sami’s are awesome and you will NOT regret your meal! “Look you going to come here because the food is awesome and it is affordable. You can get two hot dogs small fry and a drink for a little over $5. These days that's awesome deal as you can get. And they have really good hot dogs they're not stingy with the toppings. They have great spring rolls. They got really good lemonade. When you go there, they might be in line but it'll be worth the wait it won't take that long. There's a reason why there's a line. It's cuz the food is awesome”

“The hidden gem of Smithfield. This place has it all! The bartenders are quick, accurate and efficient! The selection of beers remarkable! The main reason I go is for the whiskey! They have to have at least 50 bottles of top quality, whiskey, and bourbon.the atmosphere is lively fun. They have a patio that has open tables and is a perfect spot to relax. This is my home from home.”
