What made the visit extra special was seeing the lovely owner there with her young son — such a heartwarming sight! She was incredibly kind and friendly, and made me a delicious cup of coffee with such care. And here's the best part: knowing they’d be closed on Sunday, she thoughtfully made me a second coffee (without ice!) so I could still enjoy it the next day. “Favorite place to go during the week! Me & my husband love it, we have absolutely never had an issue, never had a wrong order, always are graded with the best customer service. Our favorites are ; hot honey, chicken sandwich gotta get it on the croissant The Philly cheesesteak, & maple, bacon, waffle, and the cinnamon roll waffle. We are working on trying everything on the menu because we love them so much! Highly recommend visiting.“

“Hidden gem! This place is a nonprofit located inside the medical mall of Smithfield across from the hospital. They use actual eggs on a grill to make breakfast sandwiches (not microwaved). They help people with accessibility by providing jobs and helping adults learn skills for independence. Very friendly staff, lovely baked goods and sandwiches.“

“The pho was flavorful, hot, and made to order. It had the perfect level of spice and was absolutely delicious. The lady, who I believe was the owner or manager, was incredibly kind. After I placed my order, she asked if I wanted to add a meatball. Later, she checked in to see how everything was and even brought over fresh basil to add to the pho. The food and hospitality made this a phenomenal experience. I highly recommend stopping by this Thai spot in the food hall.“

“Anytime I go in. I have an amazing experience with the amazing employees the way that the drinks are made. I give them free Raine to make whatever they want from me and charge me however, much it is I’ve never been disappointed. It’s always friendly upbeat, even the manager, even when something’s going wrong has the best attitude and she’s always trying to hype them up. I just love it there.“

“This store makes good drinks! I get the same order the majority of the time, but they have been consistent when I go. I wasn't able to get to an order after it was made, and a staff member remade my drinks so they were hot, excellent customer service. The only drawback is there's always a long and slow drive thru line. I think of the shop hired more people to make drinks for online, drive thru, and in person orders, the wait would reduce.“
