“Warehouse BBQ – Bold Flavor, No Frills, All Fire Warehouse BBQ isn’t just a food truck — it’s a full-blown flavor experience. Parked and smokin' with purpose, this place brings serious barbecue energy that rivals any brick-and-mortar joint. I tried the brisket and turkey combo, and both were absolutely killer. The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth tender with a smoky crust that hit just right. The ribs? Fall-off-the-bone perfection with a sweet, peppery glaze that had me licking my fingers without shame. The sides are no afterthought either. Their creamy mac & cheese was comfort in a cup, and the baked beans had just the right kick of heat and smoke. You can tell everything is made with love and low-and-slow care. Service was fast and friendly, and the vibe around the truck was just as warm as the food. If you’re in the mood for legit BBQ without the fluff, Warehouse BBQ is the move. They are setup at the gas station in Knightdale!!“

“I wouldn't say I'm an expert, but I'm a huge fan of trying "good bbq." This was good eastern carolina bbq. I was in town for work yesterday. I planned ahead and determined that this was the restaurant i was going to eat at. The slaw was great. The fried chicken was good. The macaroni was basic, but it was sufficiently cheesy and not bad. The hush puppies were awesome; great texture and great flavor. The sauce was excellent great flavor great bite. It was definitely the detail of the meal that won me over. You can have perfectly smoked pork, but bad sauce will ruin it. This did not disappoint. The portions were very reasonable Their service was pretty quick and the staff was pleasant enough. I read another review that bashed the decor, frankly I didn't see anything wrong with it. It wasn't extravagant or anything, just basic carolina bbq joint decor displaying things from their town. If I find myself in louisburg again, I'll be back. I'd like to see fried okra on the menu, but it isn't a deal breaker. It was a great meal.“

A meat lovers paradise.
You name it, they’ve got it.
Barbecue chicken, beef, pork. And such a wonderful selection of sides. We enjoyed the Cajun shrimp, fried okra and beef burgers.
And the pork ribs of course.
Good and quick service.
