“Food is good, however ALWAYS check your order. Have been several times and missing items is common. Last trip got a zax snack but opened container to find that they did not include the chicken strips. Need to retrain order makers to actually read and fill the orders and stay off their text messages.“

“I placed a large catering order for my business the night before and needed it ready by 8 AM the next day. Jenna called to set expectations, informing me that it might be ready around 9 AM due to the short notice. However, she exceeded those expectations by having the catering order completed by 8 AM! The service was very efficient, professional, and communicative. I recommend that businesses continue to utilize this company's catering service, as they are reliable and responsive.“

“DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This KFC has consistently been one of the worst establishments I have ever frequented. My most recent visit was on a Sunday evening at 8pm (they close at 11pm) and they have run out of chicken. Now I can understand a small mom and pop chicken spot running out but this kfc we are talking about. Then when I spoke to the manger Maria you get nothing but attitude. Waste of gas, time, and money…
Follow Up - I spoke to the general manager Prince, he apologized for the inconvenience and offered a meal on him. I’m just glad to see that they took my complaint seriously and reached back out. ??“

“I would like to give kudos to the KFC located in Garner, NC on Hwy 70. A little after 12pm today my husband and I decided to visit KFC to pick up lunch for our family. The customer service my husband and I were given was very welcoming. Travis greeted us as soon as we walked in. Our food was hot and fresh. All the workers were extremely polite and made sure our food was brought out in a timely manner. There needs to be more representatives to provide customer service and satisfaction as this location has displayed today.Thanks again,The Robinson's“

“This place is top notch and I’d recommend it to anyone. The Carolina Reaper chicken sandwich is full of flavor - just to state the obvious, though - it’s HOT! Everything went very smooth and we had a great waiter, even with a completely slammed restaurant.“
