“Visiting from out of town, my husband and I were ready for lunch. I searched “food near me”, and this restaurant was only .2 miles away. We had no experience with Peruvian food, and looked forward to a new adventure. We have no regrets. This place is amazing! We both ordered the Lomo Saltado Salvaje, beef, served with a perfectly cooked egg and delicious plantains. The stir fried tomatoes and onions tasted fresh, and the beef was sublime. The portions were huge, and we could have easily shared a plate. We washed everything down with passion fruit juice, and took a delicious dessert to go. We will make this restaurant a destination, and will drive two hours to eat here. DELICIOUS!!!“

“Guasaca South American Grill is really good and always super chill. It’s never too busy, so you can just walk in and grab food without waiting long. Everything tastes fresh and has great flavor. The only thing is the portions are a little on the smaller side, but it’s still a solid spot when you’re craving something tasty and easy.“

“Really enjoyed the brisket nachos- solid flavor everytime. The quesadillas are huge! We also ordered the guac this time (usually go for the chips & queso) and while it tasted fresh it was missing the heat factor I’m used to. Be aware- there are no open restrooms! When we asked where we could wash hands/ change our baby’s diaper we were told to go across the street to the public park restrooms.“

“Amazing food and service. 10/10 recommend this place. The plating is beautiful. Great combination of flavors. The tart berries and balsamic glaze with the salty prosciutto and tangy goat cheese make for the best avocado toast I’ve ever had.“

“We ordered 120 empanadas for a special occasion, and our guests gave rave reviews about the size, nutrition and flavors of the empanadas. They were so easy to keep warm in our oven until serving time and they were gobbled up in no time. Mark was very easy to coordinate with. Che Empanadas are quality and the easiest to serve for a gathering.“
“Reliably delicious food, good flavor. Clean space with nice seating. The horchata and chi cha morada drinks are refreshing and pair perfectly. I highly recommend getting yucca fries and maduros (fried plantains), they're my favorite. They have tostones for vegetarian folks, though they are sometimes really salty.“

“I had a taste for some empanadas and tried a few different options. The pepperoni and the beef empanadas were both sold choices. The service was good and the wait time was under 10 minutes on this particular day. I'll definitely be trying a few more options here the next time that I visit“

“Chicken was good. Pleasantly surprised by how tasty the green beans were with their subtle crunch. I am forever burdened by the question of how I can justify the consumption of meat. They had coca cola in its nice bottled way so the hunts of vanilla really showed through. I wanted to try the horchata, but not as much as I wanted to avoid holding up the line.“

Ordered the menudo. AMAZING. They definitely aren't stingy with their portions!

“Went for a date night and the ambience was nice the appetizers coconut shrimp was amazing and the drinks were delicious. We had a great waiter and it was a wonderful time. We were seated immediately when we walked in after making a reservation. Looking forward to going back again.“

“They open at 8:30am! Located in a very small location with friendly servers. Good pork and bean pupusas for around $3 each. Breakfast plate was good and reasonably priced. Didn’t like the salted cheese. Decent coffee. Spent $30 for two breakfast plates, two pupusas, and two coffees“
