“This is the most amazing NBC store in Gastonia, NC. I have ordered from them since day 1 of their opening. The cakes are wonderful, but the customer service is always superior. Nothing Bundt Cakes are also community minded. Thank y'all for the delicious Peppermint Chocolate Cake and also the Gluten free cake that I will be serving my family for Christmas.“

“Workers should have all their hair pulled back and not hanging down, basically touching the cookie dough. They also shouldn't be constantly wiping sweat off their brow over the food and pushing hair back out of their face with the same glove they are making the cookies. That is a health concern for all customers. I've complained about the same girl twice. She has black hair, wears a hat and eye glasses. Last time I was there, I took video of her. If the situation is not addressed, I will be calling the health department on this location.“
