My husband, daughter and I came in for a bite to eat. So we place our order and I needed to use the restroom. I asked for the code to the pin pad on the restroom door and the lady stated with a rude attitude what the code was supposed to be. Tried it. Didn’t work. I stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat on the road, and while I give kudos to the young man that gave me my food with his pleasant demeanor, I was highly disappointed with the quality of food that I received. The first two Bo Bites that I ate were decent, while the rest were trash, my fries tasted like they had been under the warmer for hours, and they didn’t put my biscuit that should’ve been apart of my meal in my box. The best part of my experience was the happy and helpful disposition of a worker named Tradyn. He took my order, delivered it with a smile and even stopped to help 2 elderly ladies in by opening a heavy door. If I owned a business I’d want to hire 10 people just like him.
