“First off, she/they are not bartenders. This is a winery with tastings. If you want to go to a bar, you’ll get a different atmosphere. This winery is right around the corner from our house. I’ve been to MANY wineries from NY/France/Local spots and this location is just as beautiful with very friendly staff. Sherry waited on us and she was very knowledgable about the wines and stayed to talk with us for quite a while. I also had the key lime pie, home made, which was delicious. The tasting had a great mix of dry reds and white wines with 4 sweet wines. They also offer beers to sample as well. They have a variety of food options as well. It was so nice to go and enjoy a nice day with beautiful scenery with great conversation and very tasty wine. It would make a great place to come and stop off or better yet a great wedding venue. I would highly recommend if you don’t mind the drive. You never know until you try. Last post doesn’t do this place justice. Many places were hit hard and good help is very hard to find. Especially being a winery in the middle of nowhere. You wouldn’t think of a winery here, but it is a great place. To my understanding, they do have new owners and all of the negative staff have left. As a local, it’s important to support our local establishments!”

“We stopped while driving through town. They serve Hershey’s ice cream! We got an iced latte and ice chai. I don’t normally get chai lattes but the smell in the shop sold it for me. No regrets it was a perfect afternoon drink. Also, the shop owner was incredibly kind and fun to talk with. Wish we were closer to stop more often.”

“The country styled steak taste like a frozen piece o eat doesn’t taste the least bit like country styled steak the gravy tasted horrible. The green bean on my husband’s plate tasted like the can that they came out off. The fried okra tasted like it had been sitting awhile and cold. The only hot thing on my plate was the fried squash. Tour food wasn’t worth what we paid for it. I did notice that a lot of people left a lot of food on there plates uneaten. Will not be going back.”

“I have eaten breakfast here many times when visiting the area but today was the first for a midday meal. I was not disappointed. The restaurant was packed but all were seated in a timely manner and our order was taken quickly. My sandwich was hot and the portions were very generous. Our server was cheerful and very attentive to our needs. I'm so happy to know that I have a place in Salisbury where I can enjoy breakfast and lunch.”

“This place is amazing! The owners treat you like family and the food is the best within the state! If you love chicken fillet sandwiches, dont waste your money on Chic fil a ever again. Every time we come here and try something new, its even better than the last thing we ate. Everything is seasoned to perfection and cooked perfectly. Not only can Darrell fry, cook, and grill, but he has perfected smoking any kind of meat that there is. Love this place!”

“Ate there today and the hot dogs and pepperoni buns are delicious. If you are from West Virginia or anywhere else, you need to try Yosties. It’s the only place in NC where you can get pepperoni buns and spicy hot dog chili (sauce).”

“We hit a little “bump in the road” with our Christmas BBQ order, but, let it be known that Log Cabin BBQ went far, far above - and - beyond to remedy the matter. This is an excellent restaurant in every regard. We can’t say enough good things about their customer service, BBQ, and footlong hot dogs. Log Cabin BBQ is unquestionably NUMBER ONE.”

“Had family in from out of town and wanted Mexican food. Service was great, all food was great. Ordered chicken fajitas, shrimp fajitas, burritos, enchiladas, and quesadillas. Everyone raved about the food, especially the refried beans. The salsa could stand to have a little more heat and the music was a little loud for my liking. Overall 4.5⭐”

“The Morning Glory is the best coffee shop around. I’ve been going since they opened up in their coffee camper during Covid. Every drink I’ve tried taste perfect each time. This morning I tried the Log Cabin which is a layered latte with toffee, maple, and caramel. I added a cream top. This may be my new favorite. It’s a tie between this one and Lavender Momma. The girls who work there are always friendly and cheerful. Highly recommend.”

“Every pizza we've tried has been completely amazing! My favorite is the Taco Pizza. Having lived in the Midwest, our version of it has taco meat and seasonings topped with lots of Doritos and lettuce/cheese. I moved away 22 years ago and thought I’d never taste such deliciousness again. Happily, I was wrong! I found Taco Pizza here with the same ingredients and a much better crust. You all are our favorite pizza place - Looking forward to getting our next pizza (and more) there!!”
