“Yesterday morning I had an issue with my order I called and spoke to a supervisor and explained how I felt about my order she was very helpful and told me that she will allow me to get another drink. I went back to the store that evening and explained to Sarah what happened again she was very Understanding. Bre Made my drink just the way I explained it to her it was very good I appreciate all of the staff that’s there they work very hard and I understand sometimes it could be difficult to help certain customers that want certain things but I would like to say everyone has an done awesome job every time I come there“

“I absolutely love this Starbucks. These ladies are awesome, work fast, always smiling and even make great suggestions when you want to try something new. One young lady last weekend went above and beyond. She was sampling Oreo frappicinos, I tried one and really liked it. I asked her if she could make it in a latte, she said I will try. She did, it was great. I went back this Saturday, she wasn't there. I explained it to another lady, she was curious...she tried to make it...it was awesome as well, Great bunch of ladies that know how to treat their customers! I am a forever customer!“
