“Yesterday morning I had an issue with my order I called and spoke to a supervisor and explained how I felt about my order she was very helpful and told me that she will allow me to get another drink. I went back to the store that evening and explained to Sarah what happened again she was very Understanding. Bre Made my drink just the way I explained it to her it was very good I appreciate all of the staff that’s there they work very hard and I understand sometimes it could be difficult to help certain customers that want certain things but I would like to say everyone has an done awesome job every time I come there“
“Despite the Starbucks being inside a very busy Target, I was incredibly impressed by how fast, attentive, and polite the staff were. The line was long, but it moved quickly thanks to their efficiency and teamwork. Everyone behind the counter was friendly and focused, and my drink came out perfectly. Great service under pressure—huge kudos to the team working that shift! Definitely one of the better-run Starbucks locations I’ve visited.“
“I go to this Starbucks every morning. The staff is always nice and it makes my morning. My favorite teammate is the tall blonde that usually works the drive thru (I’m horrible with names and can not remember her name) but she remembers mine and my order and always has a smile. This is 100% a kudos to her. Thank you for making my day every day that you are at that window!
