“Wonderful staff , was out of my preferred choice of coffee due to me arriving minutes before closing- however I was recommended a new type of coffee I never tried before and I ordered extra cream and milk and the gentleman asked if I preferred it steamed or cold. Such precise awareness and attention to the customer was amazing. So much better than the rude staff on Berkeley Blvd.“

“Yesterday morning I had an issue with my order I called and spoke to a supervisor and explained how I felt about my order she was very helpful and told me that she will allow me to get another drink. I went back to the store that evening and explained to Sarah what happened again she was very Understanding. Bre Made my drink just the way I explained it to her it was very good I appreciate all of the staff that’s there they work very hard and I understand sometimes it could be difficult to help certain customers that want certain things but I would like to say everyone has an done awesome job every time I come there“
