“Initially, I was dissatisfied with my experience for multiple reasons, so I did a survey to give my feedback. Upon completing the feedback about a week later, I received a phone call from the general manager, Michelle, (she even left a VM when I couldn’t answer) to discuss the experience. She was extremely polite and went above and beyond to rectify the issues although they were minor. I’m going to continue supporting a business that clearly cares about customers and their experiences - and that is something you don’t find much in Greensboro!“
“To whom it may concern I am not sure why it is ok for you guys to let our GM speak to us in a manner that she does and when we say something back to her you guys say we are the problem. I just recently fell in your store and got hurt badly and now this GM is asking everyone am i just making it up or did i really fall and if I did then she was probably drunk was her words. Like come on now whenever she is the that is high all the time but thats neither here or there. I am one of your managers and this is how you treat us. This is by far ridiculous to say and to say it as loud as she did infront of customers is crossing the line. I got hurt and now I am suffering from that and to know that she is saying that she will make sure that BK don't take responsibility for it is unreal. She is very disrespectful as I'm sure yall know and don't seem to have a problem with it once again as I have stated. I don't appreciate her saying those thing after I was hurt. And threats that she makes to us about things that she knows isn't true. Like come BK let's be for real. I have been with BK since 1997 and have never experienced the amount of disrespect ever before than I have with this lady. She is miserable and petty and she likes drama and she makes you miserable bc she is and this has got to stop. No matter how much work we do in here nothing is ever good enough for her and it's sadden when she isn't here the atmosphere of the store is totally different and customers noticed that as well but I'm pretty sure yall know this as well. WE ALL RULE!!!! We need jobs and ppl feel that rhey can treat us any kind of way just bc we need jobs and that's not right. But I'm sure yall know that as well.“
“I haven’t seen good customer service from BK in a long time. The workers tonight was friendly and got orders out fast. The impossible burger I had was fresh and hot. Didn’t expect that today, definitely my new go to spot if it stays consistent.“

Fries didn't have salt, but very few BK locations salt their fries nowadays.
Food was fresh and absolutely delicious, so kudos to the cooks!
The staff were professional, and the young lady at the front desk was kind and courteous.
Overall, this place and the workers in it just needs some Love and Grace. There's room for improvement of course, but I am satisfied. 3.5/5 stars.“
“I’ve been going here for lunch at least once a week for about 2 months now and there is a reason for that. Most burger kings I don’t waste my time going to anymore because the wait is too long or the food is never what I ordered or not fresh. Out of the dozen times or more I have been here I choose this place over every other fast food within 5 miles of here. They always get my order right and quick enough for me to get back to work when I only get 30 minutes for lunch break. Very impressed with the service so far. And the food is great too.“
“All I can say is WOW! This is the cleanest, nicest Burger King in Greensboro. ??? And the service was great, staff was amazing. You guys are the model of all BKs period. I have worked for this company when I was younger and now in my 50's I have graduated to reviewing them. Shari, my lady you should be training every new hire on that front end because your detail to service can't be beat.?❤️ This is hands down my favorite BK and there is one closer to me. Keep doing what you do. People don't just buy the steak they buy the sizzle. You can't just go anywhere and get the experience we got there. Thanks guys you all deserve the crown ?? ??? on this one.
