“Went there, I can’t eat solids and asked the cashier if they had a blender to mix a broccoli cheddar soup and , she agreed to do it!! She was so kind, she have no idea what she did for me today. Her name is Ximena, so shout out to Ximena for her excellent customer service. 🥰“
“Food was good and well prepared. The only shortcoming was that this location at Moses Cone does not know to make a hot cappuccino or a latte. Inspite of providing directions about extra foam, all the drinks were the same - over loaded with milk and no foam. Need retraining on how make coffee drinks correctly.“
“I have NEVER seen the Panera at Lawndale this busy. Yes, we did have to wait 30 minutes for 2 Greek Salads but the staff was working hard turning out ALOT of orders and was very courteous to everyone's questions about their orders. Great job!“
“This was my first visit at this location (I was here visiting). It didn’t take a long time to receive our orders, our soups were very warm, our sandwiches and salads were delicious and our blueberry lavender lemonade was delicious! The customer service was great as well, I will probably visit here again once I return to North Carolina.“
