“Food was good and well prepared. The only shortcoming was that this location at Moses Cone does not know to make a hot cappuccino or a latte. Inspite of providing directions about extra foam, all the drinks were the same - over loaded with milk and no foam. Need retraining on how make coffee drinks correctly.“
“Went there, I can’t eat solids and asked the cashier if they had a blender to mix a broccoli cheddar soup and , she agreed to do it!! She was so kind, she have no idea what she did for me today. Her name is Ximena, so shout out to Ximena for her excellent customer service. 🥰“
“I visited this Panera Bread location on 6/10/24 at 10:30. I was greeted by Mrs. Alaysia while she was finishing up with a customer at the bakery. When it was my turn, Mrs. Alaysia greeted me again with a genuine smile and asked, How I was doing? I placed my order for a Chicken Noodle Soup bowl to go with an Asiago Cheese bagel. While Mrs. Alaysia was slicing and preparing my bagel, I went over to the other counter to pick up my soup. They had forgot my order was to go and was able to fix it in no time. Chris or Kris was very helpful getting my soup bagged with a great attitude. He also checked with me to see if I had everything I needed. When I got home, my soup was delicious and at perfect temperature. It was the excellent customer service that I experienced today to give them 5 stars.“
“This was my first visit at this location (I was here visiting). It didn’t take a long time to receive our orders, our soups were very warm, our sandwiches and salads were delicious and our blueberry lavender lemonade was delicious! The customer service was great as well, I will probably visit here again once I return to North Carolina.“
