Ordered a bagel today. It looked more like I paid for a hole and very little bagel.
i’m so disappointed with my experience at this panera! i ordered a pick 2 (french onion soup and the broccoli cheddar mac & cheese). first of all, my mac and cheese was only halfway filled. secondly, i was given no cheese or croutons for my french onion soup (i get the same items everytime & never experienced this at another panera). i ordered a strawberry smoothie and the smoothie wasn’t even full either. after paying $18 for my meal, the least y’all could do is assure...read full review
I ate at Panera Bread on Highwoods Blvd., in Greensboro, NC this evening. My order was taken at 5:34 pm. There were only a handful of customers in the restaurant at the time I was there but the place looked like a tornado had been through it. Every table in the place was dirty… if I had realized that before I ordered and would have left without eating. They seemed to have enough help but no one was cleaning tables. (I have pictures!)
