Hadn't eaten at Sonic in years. Decided to go there after work. The food was cooked well & hot when received. The young lady gave good customer service. There was no long wait either.
Took 30 minutes to get hamburger and hotdog and then order was wrong. Took another 30 minutes to get corrected hamburger which was still wrong. One hour wait and still left without correct food and nothing but attitude from staff. Horrible service!
UPDATE: Mgr called me and seemed genuinely interested in all the specifics of my complaint so she can address it with staff. We will give them another try.
This is the second time i have visited this location AND THE LAST. We pull up one car in drive thru and two caras in stall. we were in stall 15 .ordered two trick or treat blast and waited 15 mins for services. Had to go thru the drive thru only to be greeted by a non interested manager..Today at 640 pm i declare i am DONE WITH SONIC AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW
