“Food is great with very reasonable prices. Service is also almost perfect with a good atmosphere that reflects the wonderfully low-key place this is. I love it. The only reason for the lack of five stars is that online ordering is available per the website (at the time of the last order) but did not work. That has happened a couple times, so you end up having to call. That also would not be a big deal, but they get busy and the phone call gets forgotten about.
Won't stop me from eating here. I just won't be able to really go pick it up, which is the only option some days. In any case...great place with great food.“

“Always a great time here, they have a very full menu with lots to choose from. Old school feel but great service and the food is always fresh and hot, whether you want chicken, burgers, Italian, anything. They have almost everything you could ever want on the menu. I never regret going there, you can try something new everyday. Whether you dine in or take out it's always the best! Can be busy on the weekend so beware.“

“I have been fan ifAJ’s for a long time. Today I was very disappointed! I ordered a flounder sandwich and onion rings that were so greasy I could barely eat it. I’ve had their flounder before and it was amazing , but today it was not! It was a to go order and I don’t live right around the corner or I would returned it. I ate what I could because I don’t like wasting food or money. Hope that whatever went wrong gets fixed.“

“My family of 5 has been coming here since 2022. The post-COVID era. We have never been disappointed once. This place deserves sooo much more credit for how low they have kept their prices. They easily best the speed, cost, and flavor of any place I know of in 2025 and is miles ahead of any fast food places. It is insane to me that we can all 5 get food for around $45. I only leave reviews for places that are either super exceptional or super awful and Culver's has been exceptional for us every single time we have been here.“

“The owner went above and beyond. I had a large order and couldn't decide on what flavors. he brought out his recommendation and that's what I picked and it was very good and he also gave me fries and a lemonade that was really good. if I was so far away in Florida I would be going every weekend to eat. I would 💯 definitely recommend this place“

“My all time favorite place! I have enjoyed South 21 for 35 years! I’m a creature of habit so I always order the chicken filet sandwich fried with french fries and of course a separate order of the famous onion rings! These o-rings are the ONLY ones I eat!! The staff is ALWAYS pleasant and courteous too!! My only wish is that it wasn’t 40 minutes away, but I still visit regularly!!“

“I have had several friends say I need to go here. I was in the area today and looking for a lunch. I stopped in and the place was clean. The staff was friendly and nice. The food was great. A little different twist on all the sandwiches than the norm. I was pleasantly surprised with the El Peurco sandwich. The inside seating is limited and plenty of outdoor seating. They have heaters outside for the cooler days. If you are looking for a little different than the norm stop in for a lunch.“

“Had a lovely dinner last night, our waitress, Tabitha was amazing and we met the manager Ashley and just as lovely. The service and food were amazing. We did notice a KAREN and husband sitting at a table nearby who called the manager about food even though the couple licked the plate!!! Otherwise we love BJs and are regulars since we found it 2mths ago!! Thank you 😊“

“Such a cute place and the food was fabulous. A little story to make this place even better. My daughter and I stopped by on Saturday around 2:50, they sat us and took our order within minutes. Our food came out very quickly and it was absolutely amazing. We noticed everyone was leaving and we were the only ones left, because they close at 3. I felt so bad, but they insisted for us to finish our meal and not worry about it. They were all so nice and we will be back very soon. (Homemade chips and salsa, highly recommend)“

We’ve ate at so many soul food places around Charlotte and this is hands down THEEEE BEST one the experience from start to finish these beautiful ladies were sweet, patient, and funny the food was that old school from the actual soul meal and everyone can’t make a good Mac and cheese but they got that recipe DOWNNN we went to sit in the car until the food was done and they literally brought the food to us 10/10 I’ve found my soul food home“

“Some of the cashier's have bad attitudes and the Hispanic waitress has a bad attitude she pick and choose who she wants to assist at the table and expects a tip I am big on tipping if the service and food is good. Some days you go and the food is delicious and some days the chicken is salty and dry and not to mention the fish.They need the old cooks and workers back that when the food was delicious. “I went to Cuzzo's for the first time today and this was some of the best food I've had!! I'm mad I didn't come here sooner. The flavors, the seasonings, incredible!! I had the flounder combo with zucchini and squash, cauli wings, and the lobster Mac n cheese. All bangin!! Mari, our waitress, was outstanding!“

“We are photographers and tried Johnny's Farmhouse Restaurant after shooting a wedding this evening in Concord. It was an hour before close and our sweet waitress gave us just as much attention as if it was the middle of the day. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. When we received our meals, we were delightfully surprised at the size of the portions. I had the quarter fried chicken and my husband had the maple pork chop. We had squash, roasted baby potatoes, and green beans. We also had cornbread and rolls. Everything was fresh and homemade! We highly recommend Johnny's Farmhouse Restaurant if you are in Concord!“

“Stopped here on my way home to Greensboro from Charlotte. Ordered 2 appetizers (pulled pork egg rolls & tator tots topped w/ their DE-licious beef brisket) and they were good sized portions. The tator tots were my absolute favorite! My new favorite bbq spot!!“

“My daughter won a gift card from the Sarcoma Sucks 5K, so we stopped by the cafe before leaving town. It was the perfect day to enjoy the beautiful outdoor patio. Our food was fantastic and fresh, and the server was kind and attentive! I definitely recommend this restaurant!“

“We stayed here two nights while we were visiting Hendrick Motorsport and the NASCAR Hall of fame. It was a nice hotel, nice staff and a great location- especially for what we were there for and there was lot of dining in the area. If we were ever in the area again I would return.“
