“We stumbled into Fireside bases on a friend's recommendation. Wow are we glad. the food was simply amazing. we had Carmel apple pancakes (to die for!), biscuits and sausage gravy, and a chorizo omelet. Tracy was our server and she was incredibly friendly! we couldnt have asked for a better experience. Fireside will be a must do every time we come to Hendersonville!“

“Stopped in for a quick bite on our way home to Pennsylvania. It was decent service, quick ordering. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. The price you can’t beat either… $16 for 2 people, plus a $4 tip. Very reasonable. Fresh food as well!“

“Yes, Debbie is still the owner and they moved to Upward Rd (just a block or two from I26, next to Subway) when the owner of the building in their old location sold it (they just rented the building). Send they dodged a bullet when he did that - the building flooded when Helene hit us hard last year. Anyway, the food is as great as it always was, and the service is always offered with a smile! My personal favorite are the biscuits & gravy...“

“This location completed some renovations and it’s 100% nicer than it was a few years ago. I was here around 6 pm on a Thursday, after a stressful work day…I just wanted pancakes, and they now offer gluten friendly ones! I got the big breakfast, which was the best breakfast I have in a long time. Everything was cooked perfectly. My server was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back!“

“This is easily the best Waffle House in the country I’m not joking. The hashbrowns are crispy (NOT GREASY). The eggs are fluffy. The waffle is perfection. The cook knows what he’s doing. To all the people here giving bad reviews (who are you and what planet do you live on - must be way outside the stratosphere because you gotta come back down to earth). Stacey, our server, was the sweetest. We showed up at 11pm. At that hour, you wouldn’t expect the late shift to be so upbeat and kind, but Stacey went above and beyond. This location will make you believe in Waffle House and America. Can’t wait ‘till our next visit :)“
