“Popped in w/o reservation on a Saturday afternoon. We were seated right away. Our server was knowledgeable and efficient. Though just opened from the devastation of Helene, the food was fresh and hot to the table with a very short wait. We both had samplers. one sausage and the other a schnitzel variety. The entree and sides were delicious. We lived in Germany for seven years and the food was spectacularly authentic, even down to the broetchen in the bread basket, crunchy on the outside and softly chewy inside. If you like real-deal German food, make a reservation today. Sehr gute geschmeckt!“

“LOVE DRY FALLS! Father/son brewers, lovely bartenders, AMAZING variety. Along your traditional brews they offer a variety of sours, seltzers and NA beers. Food trucks daily and weekly events like live music, trivia (but totally blanking on what they call it... Not your traditional style of trivia) and music bingo. Also able to buy a beer for service workers, first responder, UTILITY WORKERS, teachers, etc. so you can "pay it forward". Dog friendly. 10/10, one of my favorite places in Hendo!!“

Incredible Tacos and Torta at Taquira El Chuy!

I recently had the pleasure of stopping by Taquira El Chewy, and it’s easily the best taco truck I've ever experienced. The Pastor Torta was out of this world—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with flavor in every bite. I also tried two Pastor Tacos, and they were just as fantastic, with a deliciously soft tortilla and a mouthwatering balance of spices. My wife loved her three Chicken Tacos, which were tender, fresh, and cooked to perfection. We washed it all down with two bottles of Yoritos orange soda, which paired perfectly with the food. The team at Taquira El Chewy clearly puts heart into every dish, and the food quality and service were top-notch. If you're a fan of authentic Mexican street food, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back for more and recommend it to everyone in the area!“

Try the Black Bear on tap, if you like darker beer that one is great. Saw the Trophy Husbands band play there and they were awesome! Don't miss! Expertly created by Chef McKenzie at the Dixie Diner in Hendersonville, NC. My English Muffin was toasted to perfection. The girl has talent! It was absolutely AMAZING! I ate it slow so I could relish every single bite. Today, Hayley was our waitress extraordinaire. We enjoy having our Sunday breakfast at Dixie. Their food is always cooked just right with picture perfect presentation. You definitely eat with your eyes first at Dixie. The entire staff knows what they are doing and they put a lot of care into their food and service. Dixie truly cares about their customers. You become their family when you have breakfast or lunch at Dixie. Very welcoming and sincere. It definitely takes a village to make a restaurant great.
