“Went there for lunch ,sat down at the table. no one waited on me for 12 minutes so I decided to get up and place my order at the counter to get it to go waited another 15 minutes or more. didn't give me a napkin so I had to sit and eat my truck they need to seriously get some help there if you're going to run a business you need help on a good note the food was great.“

“Recently visited Zeke’s and had the braised short ribs on a bed on risotto with carrots, celery and a side of garlic spinach and yellow squash. The dish was fresh and delicious. Although I believe short ribs are supposed to be served on the bone. The dish was still very good. Very tender meat and excellent presentation. The spinach and garlic was outstanding and would have made a great meal all on its own. Highly highly recommended! Their Prime Rib on Friday along with their fried pickles are amazing!!“

“The Sierra Nevada brewery is awesome! First off the facility is absolutely fantastic. It’s large but the building and the entire campus are immaculately clean & well kept. It still looks brand new. The tour itself was excellent providing great historical content & insight into their state of the art current operations. Following up the tour with a visit to the Taproom restaurant is a must. The food is phenomenal & the service is top notch. Finally, it was so enjoyable to finish the day with a beer on the patio. I give the Sierra Nevada brewery tour & Taproom my highest recommendation. Can’t wait to take other friends for a visit.“

“This restaurant took me back to Berlin and Augsburg from my old Army days! We ordered the pork schnitzel with German potato salad and rot kraut as well as a German salad. The meal was delicious!! The portion sizes were awesome and we took food home for a second meal. Our waitress was Morgan and she was friendly and very attentive! She is a real star in this friendly place. My only disappointment was my apple strudel. I like mine pretty simple with apples and phyllo dough. Today it was full of raisins and walnuts as well as the apples and dough plus creamy vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.\nThis is a great place to eat a genuine German meal and feel the ambience of this faraway place!“

Try the Black Bear on tap, if you like darker beer that one is great. Saw the Trophy Husbands band play there and they were awesome! Don't miss! Pizza food truck that night was too pricy but still good.“

“We sat at the bar on a Sunday night when some other establishments were closed. Those at the bar are served by the bar tender. My wife had the burger special and I had the sirloin steak on baguette with peppers and onions. Huge portions, a good beer selection on tap and in can/bottles. Food arrived quickly and the service at the bar was excellent, bartender knowledgeable about the area, history, Pisgah National Forest etc. Place has a local feel to it. Definitely will be back.“

“Quick service, food is delicious, good sake options. The parking lot is either too small or it's not being watched for people parking and walking downtown Hendersonville. It was full and we were lucky someone was leaving so we could park. Been here twice though, once for lunch and once for dinner and enjoyed it.“

“Very cool spot!!! We had the pleasure of passing through Brevard and it is such a cute little spot. We had picked out the brewery on the map as a reward for hiking lol. It was great. The bartender, Chris, was wonderful. He gave us a ton of recommendations on stuff to do in the area and it was a delight talking to him about his favorite beers and things. The brewery doesn’t serve food but has snacks like chips and pretzels, plus they allow outside food. Chris recommended the Mexican restaurant next door, a cafe, and even had menus ready for us. We wended up grabbing food from Big Mikes across the way. We came back for another beer and had a great time at the brewery. I loved the red ale and the Pilsner.“
