“Walked in with a rather large order. Was greeted with a smile. The cashier was very polite and helpful. There was a young gentleman cleaning the lobby. My food was prepared quickly and correctly. Everything was delicious. Great experience!!“
“This is my service dog and my favorite places. We took a young boy who only gets to get to go to McDonald's and Wendy ( no offense to them) but broden their taste buds 😀. I told him to try anything different and I let him taste mine. For a 10 year old boy he ate all his, and mine. Thanks you Arby's the boy was so happy and full with a GREAT meal, and a great new experience with his taste. 😂“
“I use to stop by when I was in Hickory, the cashier dropped my sandwich on the floor, picked it up and started to put it in my bag, the manager saw 👀 it as well then made her trash it. I'm glad because I was about to get my money back and cancel the order, so just watch them“
