We went through the drive thru today. When my son opened his box he had green bugs in it! Two to be specific! When he talked to the manager he nonchalantly told him that it must have came from the lettuce! 😳😳 So are they not washing the lettuce?? How are dead bugs in their food and they don’t notice it? This is completely unacceptable! I have photos that I wish I could upload to this post!
By far the best Chick-fil-A location in our county! I come through at least 3 mornings per week on my way to work for breakfast, and every time they are so kind, respectful and have the best customer service! I've been a patron at this location for about 10 years or more and they truly have some of the best staff around! I particularly love my early morning staff, such as Ava, Caleb (×2), Jessica and so many more! They simply make my days brighter, and also serve delicious food!...read full review
So this morning all at one time, a full tour bus full of students came in, I placed an order for 20 biscuits, a guy walked in and ordered 2 big trays of mini's, the dinning room was packed and the drive through was 25 deep on both sides. And guess what, no one complained we were all greeted properly, and the last word out of there mouth was my pleasure! I left there with my 20 biscuits in 15 mins!!
