Fun eclectic atmosphere, with a great book & game library. My caramel latte was fantastic, and Nestaseya made me instantly feel like she'd known me forever! I'll definitely make this one of my usual spots!“

“I just love this little bakery. They are always welcoming and so sweet. I love the whoopie pies they make. My favorites are pumpkin and oatmeal. Both are soft and filled with vanilla buttercream that is smooth not broken. I also love the little banana bread loaves moist with chocolate chips and pecans, only thing I wish they were much bigger. We will be bringing our grandson to play putt putt soon. What fun! Support home town, it’s so worth it!“

“This was my first time at Waterbean Coffee so I didn't know what to expect. I don't usually frequent coffee shops so I didn't know what kinds of food they would have. They were very helpful and answered my questions and helped me choose what to get. The coffee was delicious and I got a gluten free cookie that was very tasty. I've never had a gluten free snack so I was very surprised at how delicious it was. There were 4 of us and we each got something different and everyone was happy with their choice. The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy. They even have a piano that I was able to play. We will be glad to go back there again.“

“Since moving into the area we have purchased a bike, taken our other bikes here for repair, and end up staying to talk with staff because of their vast knowledge of bikes. I recommend stopping by and checking the place out. I'm very glad I did. Repairs are done with care. I go for all my children's (teenage monsters) bike issues. 5 stars. Highly recommend.“

I followed him here from the LR location, Josh is the heart and soul of the local Starbucks scene. Nobody makes drinks as well as Josh does and i highly recommend you go by and see him. “Stopped in here a few days ago I witnessed a guy giving the customer the wrong items ( the was adding the wrong items in her box the manager or team leader was on it very quickly to correct before it went out the window shes on top of things give her a raise .But the donuts were not fresh at all it appears they don't make them on-site they are made somewhere else then brought to the stores not like Krispy Cream or Jaco (Philippines only) but overall the staff was nice the store was clean and greeted with smiles.“

“Came here yesterday, very clean atmosphere and spacious in this Starbucks too. The staff was nice and.friend. their online ordering system was down, but the workers handled it very well! Plus they had some nice Free Samples they had given out!

“I shared with one of the workers something that took place previously, and they assured me that it was wrong. Well I have to tell you, I am very happy with this place after visiting today. I tried a Boston creme, and the last time I tried one in a dunkin' Donuts was in Four Oaks, and it was very bad. Or maybe South Carolina. Wasn't good, trust me, but this exceeded my expectations. Now I know where to go for Boston Creme donuts. I have been a very frequent visitor. You won't be disappointed. I get an egg, cheese and bacon, plain bagel sandwich, and it's good.“

“The food and the technical difficulties aren’t the best but, the crew is always happy, nice and give the tip top customer service!!! Kodos to the crew!!! They make it all positive even when the drive through speakers aren’t working!!!

“There is a barista at this store named Lucas who changed my life. I know that it sounds silly but I just lost my mother and his kind words and exceptional customer service made me feel a lot better, I really needed that. What I did not need was the female barista, Kayla, to berate me and laugh in my face. Apparently servicing a grieving customer is “standing around talking” to her. I also saw her yell at Lucas for no apparent reason while he was working and she was on “break” I haven’t seen Lucas at the store in a while and I hope that girls mean words don’t have anything to do with it! -ML“

“Best wedding cake ever! The sweetest lady there made our dream wedding cake! Not here to slander another business, but our original wedding cake came from another place and it was an absolute disaster. We went here, the day before the wedding, and explained what had happened and showed her the cake. She made this bride so inexplicably happy when she said she could make me a brand new cake, exactly the way I wanted it, in 24 hours. The end result was better than I could have dreamed it to be! She was absolutely amazing, in customer service and in her baking/decorating abilities. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing any types of cakes or cookies for special occasions. They will make sure it is what you want and make it look incredible!“

The staff are very overworked here and you can tell. Drink quality and service has gone down over the last 6 months. It's usually only 2 people handling the entire drive thru and all inside orders. They need help so we can get quality coffee again.“

“I loveeee this place! I recently became a dunking fan instead of Starbucks! They are much more inexpensive the cups are bigger the drinks are delicious their breakfast is better and ten times cheaper!! All around it’s great.. I don’t like that my donuts are never hot when they come out and that u have to wait a long time in the line… I know that around the time people are going to work and stuff that it’s probably just over load of orders but I think they need some more employees I would love to stop all the time on my way to work but last time I barely made it to work in time because I was in line for ten minutes… I think this is mainly a staffing issue is what I assume. So hopefully they will hire some more help! Other than that I love dunkin! I think that I’ll probably try to start mobile ordering and see if I can get in faster because the line I’m sitting in right now is taking a very very long time….but I’ll keep coming just can’t come as much as I would like because I can’t wait 10-20mins.. I’ve had to leave and just go to Starbucks across the street a few times now…. Also, if you download the app for the first 14days u have the app you get a free medium drink with any purchase every day for those first 14days and that’s awesome!“
