“We visit this restaurant at least once a week—sometimes twice—and every experience has been outstanding. The manager or owner (I’m not certain which) is consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. His attention to guests truly sets the tone for the entire establishment. Our waitress, Emily, is without question one of the best servers in the Triad. She remembers our drinks and often even our regular orders—and we’re typically a group of ten. That level of attentiveness is rare. We never wait long for our food when she’s taking care of us, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The food itself is excellent. The sashimi is always fresh, and the sushi rolls are consistently well-prepared and flavorful. In many ways, it rivals Mizumi—with one major difference: the level of hospitality and customer care here is far superior. If I could offer one small suggestion to management, it would be to consider adding barbecue squid, pepper tuna, and perhaps a Crazy Beef Roll to the menu. Since you already offer squid, those additions would elevate the menu even further and make this place nearly perfect. That said, this has become our favorite sushi restaurant in the Triad. After a few disappointing experiences elsewhere, we’ve found our new home here for the foreseeable future. Do yourself a favor and give them a try—the food and service are truly exceptional.”

The food is very delicious and priced reasonably. The staff is good and the interior of the restaurant is nice and clean , well suited for a big party. One of the best Thai places in Highpoint area.”

Like sir, I ordered caffeine. I did NOT order eye contact, a cute smile, good conversation, and whatever the hell else you’ve got going on over there. There are laws against bait and switch.
The drink was phenomenal, but now I have a bigger problem because apparently every time I pass 7Brew I’m going to have to ask myself, “Do I actually want a drink, or am I just hoping Jack is working?”
And frankly, that is between me, God, and my gas mileage.
Jack, if you ever see this: respectfully, stop being so damn cute.
Actually, don’t.
Management, give that man a raise. He has single-handedly secured repeat business through vibes, charm, and a face card that has apparently never once declined.

“Have been a few times over the years with really mixed reviews, a lot of what I've had has been hit or miss, this last trip however however has changed my view and hopefully will show some promise for future brews! I've on average rated what I've tried 2-3 range at most except for a rare 3.5/4 for a sour, but their gose was not bad at all and the dually loaded DIPA (and I am NOT an IPA person) is DELICIOUS, by far the best beer I've had from them! I hope to see this level of quality in future beers!”

My only complaint would be that last time we were here, someone at the table next to us had a dog in a tote bag that was most definitely NOT a service animal. Not one staff member said anything to her. This is a problem for me as I suffer from severe animal allergies. In addition, I don’t feel it is sanitary to bring animals in an establishment where food is being sold/served. Like I said, we love this place, but if this becomes a habit we will have to find another place to go. ☹️”

I was blown away by the delicate balance of the Irish cream and almond syrup. They offer a wide range of staple drinks as well as a seasonal drink menu. Drink options include hot chocolate, coffee, matcha, and chai lattes (hot and iced), drip coffee, and bakery goods such as muffins, croissants, and danishes. Be sure to ask about their loyalty program; they offer punch cards at the cash register, and every 10th drink is free.”

We planned to get the oxtail dinner but they had run out and it was getting near closing time so they were not going to prepare more. However, we ordered the beef shanks dinner instead. It included peas & rice, cabbage and plantains. It was delicious and they were generous with the beef shank. I've been to Jamaica so I know how it is suppose to taste, The food was authentic. “This place is absolutely amazing. I had an issue with my order from Uber Eats. I had a 100.00 order to get delivered to the wrong house. Uber Eats refused to replace the order because they said I waited too late to call back. I called immediately.
When I called Applebees back to speak with the manager on duty. (I’m so sorry I’m bad at remembering names). The manager on duty told me that they would replace my food. I called back today to reorder the food. The manager on duty was so nice she went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I order the first time. All the managers and staff on duty were really awesome. First to replace my food was awesome. Second the service of the staff was amazing. to make sure that I got hot fresh food was such great service. Thank you Applebees.”

“My wife’s food tasted bland like hospital food. No seasoning at all. Her hardshell taco was basic ground beef cooked with cheese on it on a hard shell and then her beans were bland. Tasted like hospital food although Hospital food has more seasoning than this did. I got ACP Texano and it was good but the steak was tough and chewy. Not worth $42”

“Service was overall a 10/10! Carla was my waitress and she got us everything we needed and was extremely nice. The food was also very good gave a nice portion definitely had to get a Togo box. The atmosphere was low because there was a group one table down just obnoxiously loud and I’m not exaggerating or trying to be funny lol. But other than that Carla and the food was top tier!! Will be back!”

“Went to the new Brewsters of High Point last Friday night. We ordered the key lime pie ice cream and the caramel apple crunch and they were some of the best flavors we have ever had. The customer service was excellent and very positive and friendly. We will be returning and trying some more flavors. A very pleasurable experience.”

“As a person who is anxious with me trying new things. I want to lose weight and find healthier food options for myself- I doordashed me some food and whoever made my food. You deserve a raise 😂😭 but this is delicious. The reason why I chose this restaurant in the first place was their smoothie. My coworker bought me a smoothie which was the mango smoothie and it was super delicious 😋 so I thought about it and gave it a go. My money was worth it. I will be looking forward to keep going here from now on! (I also had chips with it but they forgot to put it in my doordash bag. But that's okay 😂😭 the food is delicious for me to get upset and pouty over)”
