“We visit this restaurant at least once a week—sometimes twice—and every experience has been outstanding. The manager or owner (I’m not certain which) is consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. His attention to guests truly sets the tone for the entire establishment. Our waitress, Emily, is without question one of the best servers in the Triad. She remembers our drinks and often even our regular orders—and we’re typically a group of ten. That level of attentiveness is rare. We never wait long for our food when she’s taking care of us, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The food itself is excellent. The sashimi is always fresh, and the sushi rolls are consistently well-prepared and flavorful. In many ways, it rivals Mizumi—with one major difference: the level of hospitality and customer care here is far superior. If I could offer one small suggestion to management, it would be to consider adding barbecue squid, pepper tuna, and perhaps a Crazy Beef Roll to the menu. Since you already offer squid, those additions would elevate the menu even further and make this place nearly perfect. That said, this has become our favorite sushi restaurant in the Triad. After a few disappointing experiences elsewhere, we’ve found our new home here for the foreseeable future. Do yourself a favor and give them a try—the food and service are truly exceptional.”

Like sir, I ordered caffeine. I did NOT order eye contact, a cute smile, good conversation, and whatever the hell else you’ve got going on over there. There are laws against bait and switch.
The drink was phenomenal, but now I have a bigger problem because apparently every time I pass 7Brew I’m going to have to ask myself, “Do I actually want a drink, or am I just hoping Jack is working?”
And frankly, that is between me, God, and my gas mileage.
Jack, if you ever see this: respectfully, stop being so damn cute.
Actually, don’t.
Management, give that man a raise. He has single-handedly secured repeat business through vibes, charm, and a face card that has apparently never once declined.

I've on average rated what I've tried 2-3 range at most except for a rare 3.5/4 for a sour, but their gose was not bad at all and the dually loaded DIPA (and I am NOT an IPA person) is DELICIOUS, by far the best beer I've had from them! I hope to see this level of quality in future beers!”

My only complaint would be that last time we were here, someone at the table next to us had a dog in a tote bag that was most definitely NOT a service animal. Not one staff member said anything to her. This is a problem for me as I suffer from severe animal allergies. In addition, I don’t feel it is sanitary to bring animals in an establishment where food is being sold/served. Like I said, we love this place, but if this becomes a habit we will have to find another place to go. ☹️”

The place was busy but food came out faster than I expected. Not the fanciest spot around, but it's the kind of place I'd happily come back to when I'm craving tacos. I was blown away by the delicate balance of the Irish cream and almond syrup. They offer a wide range of staple drinks as well as a seasonal drink menu. Drink options include hot chocolate, coffee, matcha, and chai lattes (hot and iced), drip coffee, and bakery goods such as muffins, croissants, and danishes. We planned to get the oxtail dinner but they had run out and it was getting near closing time so they were not going to prepare more. However, we ordered the beef shanks dinner instead. It included peas & rice, cabbage and plantains. It was delicious and they were generous with the beef shank. I've been to Jamaica so I know how it is suppose to taste, The food was authentic. Michael went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s always a pleasure to be treated like a valued guest. I also want to thank City BBQ for their incredible support of our military. Offering free meals to Veterans on Veterans Day is such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture. “The food and wings were great. But, you guys know when a server comes to take your order doesn't write anything down, and you're thinking to yourself there's no way stuff is coming out correct? That was our experience. Overall, the problems were fixed and the kids were happy though. Other servers we've had there in the past have been extremely attentive though so it's not representative of everyone. The bathrooms however were gross and felt dirty if that's a deal breaker for you.”

“Great food, great atmosphere, great service, and craft beer on tap! My family and I love this place. My only complaint would be that last time we were here, someone at the table next to us had a dog in a tote bag that was most definitely NOT a service animal. Not one staff member said anything to her. This is a problem for me as I suffer from severe animal allergies. In addition, I don’t feel it is sanitary to bring animals in an establishment where food is being sold/served. Like I said, we love this place, but if this becomes a habit we will have to find another place to go. ☹️”

“If you don't eat the buffet, you can order off the menu. The salmon patties, meatloaf, and more are delicious. As with the buffets, the service is always wonderful, friendly, and very attentive. You won't have to wait to have drinks, iced tea, and coffee refilled. It's an overall pleasant dining experience.”

“Went to the new Brewsters of High Point last Friday night. We ordered the key lime pie ice cream and the caramel apple crunch and they were some of the best flavors we have ever had. The customer service was excellent and very positive and friendly. We will be returning and trying some more flavors. A very pleasurable experience.”

“As a person who is anxious with me trying new things. I want to lose weight and find healthier food options for myself- I doordashed me some food and whoever made my food. You deserve a raise 😂😭 but this is delicious. The reason why I chose this restaurant in the first place was their smoothie. My coworker bought me a smoothie which was the mango smoothie and it was super delicious 😋 so I thought about it and gave it a go. My money was worth it. I will be looking forward to keep going here from now on! (I also had chips with it but they forgot to put it in my doordash bag. But that's okay 😂😭 the food is delicious for me to get upset and pouty over)”

The lady with the PINK HAIR was working and was very pleasant to deal with, even going so far as to give my daughter a few stickers for her vacation journal.
You do miss out on the coffee house experience with these drive thrus but Caribou coffee is still the best of the mass market.
