“I’m a huge ice cream fan and Scoops has the BEST homemade ice cream. My husband and I look forward to going to Scoops (as much as we can) every time we’re in Topsail for vacation. My husband is lactose intolerant and Scoops also has delicious dairy free ice cream. Oreo or sea salt Oreo is probably our favorite flavor. If you’re in Topsail, you MUST stop by Scoops for some ice cream! The staff is also incredible and so friendly! You wont regret it!“

“We were in walking distance of pelicans and went almost every night. We really enjoyed the wide variety of flavors. The order gentleman could be more personable, but the other staff was wonderful. We tended to look in the windows to prepare our selves for him. My children were always excited try a new flavor. We cannot wait to come back next year!“

“I loved this place so much! Me and my family came here earlier tonight and we all got the milkshakes. Fairly priced and thickness was amazing. They were also very busy and service was still on point. My husband got a one of the signature mason jar milkshakes and they even cleaned the jar and put it in a bag for us to take home. Everybody was so friendly and my family and I will definitely be coming back!“

“Super fun location near the beach! Lots of good flavors of ice cream and fun souvenirs. Prices are very reasonable. Also there's a huge screen projecting a kids movie. My daughter loved watching it and eating her ice cream. We also bought some taffy and ate it the whole way home!
