“In a world where people normally don't get credit for the exceptional work they do, I would like to recognize the young men at the pick-up window at around 6:26pm.
There was an issue, which I completely understand that things happen. As a frequent visitor of this location, the young man recognized me as a regular customer and stepped up and took care of my issue.
