Starbucks in Jacksonville

“The coffee was absolutely delicious, and I have no complaints on that front. Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite meet the same standard. When I was told to drive around to the back of the drive-thru for my mobile order, which hadn’t even been made yet, it felt a bit unfair, especially since there was no one else waiting behind me. If it had been a busy time and I was informed that my order would take a while, I could have understood, but that wasn’t the situation at all.

I’m giving 4 stars instead of a lower rating because I recognize that the woman at the window might have been having a tough day. Still, I believe this issue should be addressed.“

“I come through in the mornings and most of the time the dumpster door is propped open. We already can’t see oncoming traffic because of where it’s positioned but with the door open, it’s outright dangerous. Someone is going to get hurt.“

“I did an uber eats pickup for a customer and on my way to deliver it the bag turned over and spilled the green drink..I let the customer know that I was going back to get what he ordered and I was going to pay for it. When I arrived at Starbucks I was met by a very helpful young lady named Clarissa who began working on the remake of the order. I went to the cash register and was met by 2 more very helpful people Joe and manager Chuck. He would not let me pay for it. If you get the chance stop by and get taken care of by awesome people“

“Came into the store, Noah was my cashier. He is amazing. He asked for my name and I have been bullied for it in the past because my name is different. I tried making a joke of my name, because it’s a defense mechanism for me. He didn’t like it and was just so sincere and genuine. He really doesn’t know how much that right there made all the bullying mean nothing. Thank you Noah for making me realize my name is mine and mine alone.

To the barista staff! You guys have the best attitudes and passion for your amazing work. Thank you for making my visit awesome!“

“I’ve been to this location quite a few times and I have to say I do enjoy buying drinks while I’m shopping around target. My drink orders have always been perfect, the workers are really nice and friendly. And I really appreciate that they have different types of special drinks on the board that are some of their favorites. I just tried recently the blood orange, it’s on the Halloween menu. It’s pineapple refresher with strawberry and peach purée. It was really delicious, and very different. I normally don’t typically get those types of drinks but I’m glad I took a chance. It was well worth it. The Starbucks inside of Target is always clean, and since it’s super popular there’s always a line. But that doesn’t bother me considering that I can get a delicious drink while I’m shopping. I do definitely recommend grabbing a drink while you’re inside Target, and check out the chalkboard with different drink ideas. You won’t regret it!“
