“The service at this Panera Bread is impeccable! The manager, Chase, went out of his way to give my best friend and I a wonderful experience. He noticed that we were celebrating a birthday and offered us a free pastry. He listed all the choices and offered to warm it for us, too!
Chase went out of his way to offer Sam and I a special experience.“

“I go here around 2x a month, the staff is usually always friendly. Unfortunately, every single time I have gone they are out of something. Last time they were out of tomatoes, the time before they were out of bread bowls, and the time before that bread bowls and apples. The staff is great but i think the management and inventory count needs some work“
