Oh my lord this place needs help. After paying $40 for lunch you would think it would be ok. The staff is working as hard as they can, the manger opened the kitchen door, said someone needs to move to the registers, they are swamped on the line. What is the manager doing? It is so pitiful. After I explained to one of the staff, a young black lady, why my daughter misunderstood why she thought the flatbed pizza was hers, I was met with an eye roll , silence and a head turned away from me. A few minutes later she was talking about the incident to the other staff members within earshot of me. I heard everything. Very poor customer service skills & conflict resolution skills.
Don't go here.
This store in particular is really bad. If you are considering the drink subscription service I wouldn't recommend it if this is your local store. I orderd a drink on the app. No one was at the register. So I grabbed a cup. I was instructed to do this at the Huntersville store. The manager comes out of no where and gets angry at me.
