“I just got back from Taco Bell and I just had a life-changing eye-opening and just wonderful experience and it was all because of Donnie. Donnie was just a wonderful person who helped me out when I really needed it he was really there for me at my lowest when I was not sure what food to get. I was unfamiliar with the menu and I would just very loosely describe the food and Donnie would know exactly what I was talking about. He really knew what he was doing and he just changed my Taco Bell experience forever. I wish I could bring Donnie home with me. Donnie deserves the biggest raise. I think he should get paid millions of dollars per hour. that’s my Taco Bell experience.“
“Working in customer service myself I know that bad reviews are a lot more common than good reviews. But I would like to leave a very good review for this location. The entire staff seemed to be very nice and helpful but my only interaction was with Tabitha. I would like to tell the manager, the regional manager and even the franchise owner that you are lucky to have this fabulous lady on your team. Even when traffic slowed down, she did not simply prop up and look at her phone. She started cleaning tables, windows, and restocking. She greeted every diner and asked if everything was OK and if they needed anything. This was a very refreshing experience.“
