“Born and raised in NC and never visited EL Palenque. I now live in NewYork and come home once a month just to eat here. 10/10 every single time, from the margs to the homemade hot sauce. “Friendly, fast, and excellent service! This was our first visit to Biscuitville, and Carrie patiently guided us through our order. Donna welcomed us at the drive-thru window with dog biscuits for our two pups. Excellent first experience! We will be coming back, our dogs, too.“

“Food is delicious and service is friendly. Unlike a lot of other restaurants, their complimentary chips consist of chicharrones de harina with a spicy salsa. They were addicting and good change of pace. We enjoy everything we ordered, which included the mixed gorditas, chicken flautas, and pupusas. This place is a hidden gem!“

“We ran across this bakery this afternoon and we love how we were treated. There was just a touch of a language barrier but we worked through it. We had our rolls for dinner tonight and they were delicious. Hopefully our adventures will pass this way again“

“This restaurant used to be our favorite. Since the new owners came, everything has gone down hill. The egg rolls are smaller and filled with more rice than anything else. The fried rice is just tan rice with nothing else added. Any dish that is served with vegetables, now expect the veggies to be served raw - uncooked with a sauce over them. The thinly sliced chicken has a lot of fat and gristle. Even the hot tea (overpriced) has a different taste. The last 2 times I ordered the Egg Fu Yung - I was really sick afterwards. If I ever go back I will just order noodle soup with no vegetables or chicken. The waitresses are very nice but I worry about what goes on in the kitchen. Their sanitary rating is low so the kitchen can't be too clean. There are other Chinese restaurants in the area that we will be trying.“

“The food is good with lots of options. The staff is ok. Just seem pretty distracted. On this visit, there were at least 5 tables littered with dishes and trash that had not been cleaned up and stayed that way the entire time we were there. Normally the staff are punctual about cleanup. But today they didn't touch anything“
