“Modern Coastal Cookery Supper Club is the perfect date night on the Outer Banks. We attended the Italian-themed evening and loved every minute. The table setting was elegant and welcoming, setting the tone right away. Virginia and her crew were absolutely fabulous. Highlights included hand-whipped ricotta crostini, local green-tail shrimp arancini, and a rich, comforting fettuccine carbonara. The affogato—made with homemade vanilla gelato—was the perfect way to end the night. Family-style seating encouraged great conversation and added to the intimate, memorable experience.
