“We have been coming to this Domino's for the past 10 years. I have never had any issues with quality of the pizza. It's always so fresh and so yummy. Last night there was a slight mix up with my pizzas, easy mistake. Called to inform them only because the price difference between the one I received (cheese pizza) and the one I ordered(philly steak, bacon, parm sauce)They offered to remake it. I went to pick it up and was met with genuine apology and given some extra for coming back. They absolutely did not have to do that! Definitely the best Domino's around.“

“Was there today and I have to say...I was met with the best hospitality and customer service I've have received in a long Time. The new managers have really taken the store and turned it around.. only bad part is the heat....I think their a/c must be out. It's so hot up front and I can only imagine how hot is is I'm the back.... But overall great experience 10/10 will go back“

“I originally left a negative review after driving from Pilot Mountain to pick up pizzas I had already paid for, only to find the store closed. With many places closed due to a bad snow and ice storm, the app caused confusion by allowing the order to go through.

I later spoke with the general manager, and there was a miscommunication between him and his staff. He was very friendly, took responsibility, and made it right by giving me free cheese sticks and honoring the $3 personal pan pizza deal, even though it’s normally only available on Tuesdays. I really appreciate how he handled the situation.“
