“Another great country cookin' restaurant! sam' Pizza ETC. in Walnut cove delivers way more than pizza, in a homey atmosphere. Our group of five was promptly seated and orders taken in a timely fashion by the friendly servers. Food was delivered quickly on a busy Saturday night. Even the owner, Sam, came by for a visit. I had the Texas Burger. A 1/2 pound, freshly ground burger, served with bacon, grilled onions, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, and a special ranch sauce on Texas Toast. A delicious and filling burger. Regular cheese burgers were also fresh and flavorful. Served with your choice of toppings. There is a chicken wrap that is also very good. A pretty large wrap that could be shared. Sides included crispy, house cut fries of house cut, fresh chips. Prices are quite reasonable. Five of us dined for $55 plus tip. We can recommend Sam's for a quick sandwich or pizza. “My family and I have always enjoyed the food at milanos and still do. But our past 5 or so visits we have had horrible service! The waiters and waitresses act as if you aren't there. We already had our food but no drinks. We would ask for things such as Mariana, parmesan, or chili flakes and they would never be brought. Our drinks were never refilled. The only time the waitress was seen was after we were finished expecting a tip. I usually always tip and have even for the many horrible experiences but this time we left no tip. I will probably order take out from here on out because the food is amazing but the staff are rude and don't tend to their customers the way that they should!“
“The delivery was fast and the driver was very friendly. I ordered a few pizzas but I messed up the specs on one. I said that I meant to order differentluly but realized it was my fault. I took the pizzas and never asked for them to redo the one I messed up.But just a few minutes later the driver came back out to the house with a new pizza, even though it was totally my fault. This is my new go to pizza place!“
“We try to visit this place after each of our Hanging Rock hikes. The young folks behind the grill are always kind and respectful. My fiancé enjoys their sandwiches while I usually get the buffalo chicken flatbread. Can’t go wrong here. Thanks for the nourishment and hospitality, guys!“

“Located off the beaten path, this place offers great food at affordable prices. At a stand alone building with its own private parking lot. You are immediately greeted by one of their employees. There are always specials posted on a board near the entrance and more often than not they are really nice choices. Place has ample seating inside and is very comfortable not tight like other places. For appetizers we had the Bruschetta which was really good. Mozzarella sticks were perfectly seasoned on outside and hot gooey cheese inside. The soup of the day was Lobster Bosque, it did not impress, watery, salty and absolutely no lobster meat in it. The Philly Cheesesteak and Chicken Cheesesteak were both very hearty and filling g according to my daughter and friend. I had the chicken Parm hero, good sauce to mozzarella ration. Chicken had good flavor though it was cut up and I prefer whole cutlets. Overall a great deal for the money. Our waitress was super friendly and patient with us. She always kept on top of our drinks and consistently checked on us.“
“On January 27, 2024, I ordered at the Walkertown location and the front desk duo were beyond amazing. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and then even started out the door to meet us when the order was ready. Very impressive!!!“

“Great place to eat. Whitefish was perfect, my wife loved her salmon bites, and my kids loved their chicken tenders and the spiral cut fries. Beer was good. Service was excellent. The waitress was great to my kids. Had a real good overall vibe to the place. We will be back soon.“
